反重力瑜伽（AntiGravityYoga）是一种新型的瑜伽方式，它与传统瑜伽不同，它借助从屋顶吊下的丝质吊床，让练习者完成所有动作。不过它和平常那些瑜伽一样，同样能带来精神安宁。
练习反重力瑜伽需借助特殊器具。这种器具名为“反重力吊床”，由一种丝质纤维制成，两端与室内天花板悬垂而下的锁链相连，距地面不到1米。吊床打开时形似秋千或吊架，闭合时又如豆荚，供练习者冥神静思。整个吊床承重超过900千克。
反重力瑜伽举措不必要较强的肢体和谐性，不少初学者练习后感想血流加速，肢体越发伸张，有一定的减肥功效。
